This past Tuesday was Baxter's first birthday! We had a small dinner party with the homemade enchiladas and Costco -made cake. Baxter got his own miniature three tiered cake to dig into:) He wasn't too sure about being served a bright blue cake, but he ended up thinking it was alright. Our neighbors and a couple of friends joined us for the celebration. Baxter really enjoyed opening gifts. At that point in the evening he had realized everyone's attention was on him! He was thrilled about that. He is the cutest mama's boy ever! We love him so much and look forward to his 2nd year.
He loved the singing.

This is Joy with Bax and Scout. Our kids love her!!!!! She is one of Aunt Lindsay's good friends and now ours too.
Baxter got a beach ball, shovel set and a few cute outfits for his birthday. The ball was a hit with everyone.
Oh, and we had to include a picture of Scout! What is wrong? Can't you see her?

Baxter is a handsome little guy. Hard to believe he is already a year old. Looks like you all had a good time celebrating the birthday. Now we know how they make those ghost pictures. Thank Scout.
